Fires and Fascism is a powerful 57-min documentary exploring how climate-fuelled wildfires across Southern Europe are entangled with corruption, organised crime, and the rise of far-right politics β€” and how local people are organising to resist.

After the film, stay for a 45-min Q&A session with director Pete Knapp, facilitated by Solveig from climate action group EcoCounts.

This event is free to attend but support for translation and distribution costs is much appreciated. Any cash donations will be collected in person, or you can get a ticket+donation here.

Karamel's fully vegan kitchen and bar will be open before, during, and after the event. They're hosting us for free, so please show your support by ordering some of their delicious food and drinks.

For any questions about the event, feel free to join the Culture Club group chat in the London Vegan Network community on WhatsApp.
