Collage Arts are delighted to present live music at Karamel with KeitaBeat

 

KeitaBeat is specialising in playing rare grove, jazz standards occasionally, Latin flavour and a pinch of Afrobeat. Three accomplished musicians playing for Karamel in a trio format. All are from Italy and have been on this great island for over 20 years.

 

On guitar Francesco Lo Castro, who has collaborated both in the studio and on tour across the world with artists including International Multi-Platinum seller Patrizio Buanne, Blue Note, best-selling act Us3 and two-time Grammy winner Eric De Fade, has an impressive six albums to his name.  

 

On keyboard Claudio Corona, member of The Paul Garner Band, Crowd Company, Go Go, OST, Bad Girls Groove and Reuben Richard and the Soul Train who is also a visiting lecturer in the music department of West Kent-College, Tonbridge. He just released his very well received: Laying It Down.

 

Last but not least, Cosimo Keita Cadore on drums has played in countless venues in the UK and abroad. Amongst others he has supported Shakira, Lionel Richie, Usher, Ricky Martin, Mariah Carey, Eddy Grant, LSO, Nelly Furtado, Robin Eubanks, Jay Kelly, Tony Kofi, Jessica Lauren and was a cast member of the highly acclaimed BBC2 drama `Dancing On The Edge`.

Doors open at 7pm, and music starts at 8pm.

 

Karamel has a full air ventilation system installed. We have limited seats available due to current social distancing restriction. Please book a ticket in advance.

Saturday 24 January 2026 – Fires and Fascism – free screening + Q&A at Karamel, 7 pm. Supported by climate action group Fossil Free London.

Saturday 7 February –  London Vegan Mixer - social & karaoke at Karamel, 4 Coburg Rd, N22, 7:00pm.

Colourwheel Art Classes for adults on Thursday mornings or afternoons at St. Andrews Church Hall, Alexandra Park Road N10 2DD.

Illustrating children’s books, course for adults – Wednesday mornings at the Alexandra Palace East Court Creative Pavilion, 10- 12.00am. 4 February – 25 March.

H.A.T.E. Club - Hobby and Tabletop enthusiasts, adult-only gaming club - Wednesday evenings at Karamel, 5.30-10.30pm.

Painting for Fun – Thursdays 8 January to 26 March, at CUFOS Community Centre (the old railway station), Top of The Avenue N10, 10-12.30pm or 1.30-4pm.

Haringey Circle: late morning Creative Coffee Drop-In on Thursday mornings at Oita Cafe, the Green Rooms, Station road N22, 11-1.30pm.

Haringey Circle: Paws and Walk dog walk on the last Thursday of every month in Ally Pally, 10-11.30am. Meet outside Ally Pally station.

The Highgate Literary & Scientific Institution in Pond Square is offering an exciting array of courses.
