For the month of March, Alexandra Park BJJ (as featured on Channel 4) will be offering women and girls free classes. It is open to all practitioners regardless of experience.

Em Power fitness classes – Monday and Friday mornings in OR Tambo Rec, 9-9.30am (term time only). The main focus is on core and legs.
