Join us at Stitch with the wonderful Susan and Pat for a day of Patchwork.

In this workshop you will be learning how to do the Dresden Plate Pattern a classic pattern that makes quite a statement!

This is a pattern that has been used for over a century. Dresden plate Patchwork is an ideal way to use up the scraps that you have lying around. You can use a monochromatic scheme or a rainbow of colours, what every you may have available. There are several methods of stitching this beautiful design.

In this course you will learn how to cut accurately and put together your Dresden plate depending on the size. You will add a border and border and binding. A big focus of the day will be experimenting with different methods of quilting the layers together using a walking foot and a free motion quilting foot.
