Need to up date your summer wardrobe?

Come sew a summer dress with us here at Stitch with our resident seamstress Pat Stevens.

This flowy dress is a perfect addition and an absolute staple to the summer wardrobe as it can be worn on those very hot summer days and on those cooler days it can be worn under a cardigan or light jacket and even with tights!

This dress is an easy sew for those more advanced or a perfect project for those beginners wanting to take their sewing to the next level.

This dress class will cover:

Cutting of pattern

Ragland Sleeves

Elastic Top

Side Pockets

Optional tie belt

Please be aware that this class is recommended for someone that knows there way around a sewing machine or has take our learn to use a sewing machine class previously. We provide the sewing machines and very creative environment to work in and advance those sewing skills.

If you decide to bring your own fabrics we recommend summer weight cottons and lawn cottons.

60cm wide you will need 2m

45cm wide you will need 2.5cm

We have fabrics available in store if you wish to buy from us and for this class you will receive a 20% off your purchase.

Please let us know your size and the length you want in advance so we can prepare your pattern for the class (write in notes section when you book)

Parking: Please give a few extra minutes to your journey if driving and try and arrive promptly so we can start on time. We have parking on our residential roads a bit further down the road from the shop. If you are not lucky on the day to find a space, we do have a paid car park a few minutes walk from the shop behind the McDonalds- Lodge Drive Car Park, London N13 5XS.
