Neil Hirst will describe the international picture on energy related emissions, and what the major economic powers, China in particular, are doing. He will also discuss the progress and potential of international climate agreements.

Neil is Senior Policy Fellow for Energy & Mitigation at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change, Imperial College. The image shows the cover from his newly-published book The Energy Conundrum. Organised by Muswell Hill Sustainability Group.
