A talk by local author and life coach Dave Robson

 

Many of us have a hundred or more compelling reasons to carry on doing what we are doing, even if we hate what we do, or we’re bored, frustrated and unfulfilled. Many believe it’s impossible to follow your heart, to live the dream.

Dave Robson will share with you ten really good reasons to do what you love, a decision that will immensely enrich and transform your life, and discuss how you could set about doing it.

Dave has been a Life Coach for many years, helping people to transform their lives through coaching and his writings. He is the author of The Five Pillars of Happiness, the book that shows you how to create your new life step by step. He also writes a regular column in Muswell Flyer, Highgate Handbook and Crouch End Connection, as well as his blog, Heavenly Vibrations, and his free monthly e-newsletter, Namaste, for people who want to live more consciously.

After the talk, Dave will welcome your questions.

Gi Fumdamentals Course (BJJ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) on Tuesday evenings in May at Alexandra Park School, 7pm.

Museum of Homelessness will be open from 17 April to 1 November, at the Manor House Lodge, inside Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters Road N4 2DE 12.30-4.30pm.

Illustrating Children’s books, course for adults on Wednesday mornings at The Green Shed, 1 Tetherdown N10, 10-11.30am. April 30 – July 9.

Geekstraveganza – regular boardgame meetup on these dates at Karamel, 4 Coburg Road, Wood Green, 1-6pm.

Em Power fitness classes – Monday and Friday mornings in OR Tambo Rec, 9-9.30am (term time only). The main focus is on core and legs.
