If you’re between 14 – 18 and have a passion for music, then join us over five days of FREE workshops led by experienced tutors in guitar, bass, drums or vocal tuition to create a Rock Against Racism inspired performance. No previous experience of playing an instrument required, but a love of music essential!

Rock Against Racism was a campaign set up in the UK in 1976 as a response to a rise in racial conflict and the growth of white nationalist groups such as the National Front. The campaign involved pop, rock, punk and reggae musicians staging concerts with an anti-racist theme, in order to discourage young people from embracing racism. Attracting large crowds of more than 80,000 for a series of live gigs around the UK the grand finale was held in the Great Hall Alexandra Palace on 14^th April 1979.
